Cancellation & Late Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please respect your scheduled appointment and provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations & No-Shows A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments that are canceled without 48 hour notice, as well as for no-call/no-show appointments. Late Arrivals If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This policy helps ensure that every client receives the full time and attention they deserve without impacting other scheduled appointments.
